Attorney Representation

In an uncontested divorce, the attorney represents only one spouse — the individual who first contacts and retains the firm.
The attorney’s role is to prepare all necessary documents, ensure legal compliance, coordinate the court filing and entry of the Final Judgment. This keeps the process transparent, ethical, and fair for everyone involved.

The other spouse must review and sign the documents, but the attorney cannot provide legal advice to both parties.
One attorney, one goal — a peaceful and efficient resolution for both sides.

Why This Approach Works

A contested divorce can take months or even years, costing thousands more in attorney’s fees and unnecessary stress. By choosing cooperation over conflict, you protect your emotional health, your finances, and your family’s future.

An uncontested divorce allows both parties to finalize their case quickly, respectfully, and affordably — while protecting their privacy and dignity.

Divorce doesn’t have to be destructive — it can be cooperative, respectful, and forward-focused.

Paralegal Document-Preparation Service

If you prefer to file the paperwork yourself, we also offer a Paralegal Document-Preparation Service. This service provides all required forms and agreements prepared under attorney supervision, ensuring accuracy while allowing you to manage independently the document filing process, payment of the Court filing fee, the final Court hearing and entry of the Final Judgment of Dissoution of Marriage.

Compassion. clarity. confidence for the road ahead.
