✅ Child support calculations, if needed
✅ Offered virtually throughout Florida
✅ No legal representation required
How It Works
Book Your Session – Choose a convenient date online or by phone.
Pay the Deposit – A 50% deposit reserves your mediation; the balance is due 48 hours before the session.
Attend Mediation – Both parties attend mediation virtually. The mediator helps you discuss the issues, clarify misunderstandings, and explore solutions you may not have considered.
Reach Agreement – If you reach agreement — full or partial — the mediator will prepare a written agreement that you can file with the Court. If child support is discussed, the mediator can calculate it using Florida guidelines.
In most cases, fees are split equally between both parties. If full payment isn’t received 48 hours before, the session will be cancelled or rescheduled.
Who Should Choose Mediation
Couples seeking a peaceful divorce
Parents creating or updating a parenting plan
Families resolving child support or custody issues
People who want to avoid courtroom stress and delay
Anyone needing a neutral setting to reach fair agreements
Save Time - Court delays are common. A divorce or custody dispute in Florida can take 6 to 12 months — or longer. Mediation often resolves key issues in just one session.
Save Money - Attorney retainers, court motions, and filing fees can cost thousands. Our flat fee and hourly rate includes everything: mediation, child support guidelines, and written agreements. No surprises. No hourly billing.
Retain Control and Self-Determination - Judges have limited time and even more limited options. Mediation allows you to choose solutions that fit your family, not just the court’s default.
Creative and Flexible Solutions - The court often looks for the “standard” answer. Mediation lets you consider all your options, including creative compromises the court can’t order.
Do I need a lawyer?- No. Mediation is designed for people with or without attorneys. The mediator does not represent either side.
Is mediation required in Florida?- Yes, in most counties, mediation is required before a judge will hear your case.
Can the mediator give legal advice? - No. The mediator is neutral and cannot give advice, only guidance through the process.
What if my spouse and I don’t get along? - The mediator manages the discussion and ensures both parties are heard respectfully.
