Disclosures - Please Read Carefully

  • Attorney Supervision: A Florida-licensed attorney supervises the document preparation process for quality and compliance. Supervision does not create an attorney-client relationship unless you sign a separate representation agreement.
  • No Legal Advice: We provide document preparation only, not legal advice.
  • Client Files with the Court: You are responsible for filing and paying court fees. We provide instructions; e-filing assistance is available for $75.
  • Best for Uncontested Matters: If your case is or becomes contested, you may need an attorney or a mediator to resolve your case.
  • Document preparation for an uncontested divorce requires neutral communication, and any prior contact with both parties creates a conflict of interest under Florida Bar rules. For contested matters, you MUST seek independent legal counsel.
  • If you hire us from the beginning for a contested matter, the supervising attorney may represent you because no neutral contact has been made with the other party. Representation requires a separate attorney-client agreement.
